Copyright Ownership

Cookie and its licensors own Cookie's software, design, documentation, brand elements, recommendation systems, ranking algorithms, embeddings, vector database, proprietary AI systems, and content we provide.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on Cookie infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@cookie.kitchen. Include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it.
• Your contact information.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law.
• A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

Counter Notices

If your content was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe removal was a mistake or you have authorization, you may send a counter notice to support@cookie.kitchen. Include your signature, identification of removed material, location before removal, contact information, a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury where applicable, and consent to the appropriate jurisdiction and service of process where required by law.

We may restore content when legally permitted unless the complaining party seeks a court order or other legal restriction.

Repeat Infringement

Cookie may terminate or restrict accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights or repeatedly submit infringing material. We may consider notice quality, user response, repeat behavior, and applicable law.

Recipes and Food Content

Ingredient lists and basic cooking facts may not always be protected in the same way as expressive text, images, videos, or creative recipe descriptions. That does not mean all recipe content is free to copy. Do not upload copied recipe instructions, images, collections, articles, or branded content unless you have permission or another legal basis.

Trademark Usage

Cookie names, logos, product names, and brand elements may be trademarks of Cookie. Other names and logos belong to their owners. Do not use trademarks in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or confusion unless authorized.
